BUP Human Resource & Leadership Club was founded in 2019 by a group of students who saw a gap between classroom theory and the realities of human resource management and leadership. What started as a small, driven group has grown into one of BUP's most recognized co-curricular clubs.
The club bridges academia and industry through case competitions, workshops, seminars, and national-level events- creating real touchpoints between students, faculty, and HR professionals.
We don't just learn about Human Resource Management and leadership; we practice it, challenge it, and take it forward.
