AdventHR is a human resource-based strategy competition focused on HR and the current requirements of this industry. This competition promises to explore the effects of externalities on human resources and discover ways to manage HR effectively in this challenging environment. Till now, 4 seasons of this competition have been successfully conducted.
House of Venture is a start-up accelerator and incubator program that helps innovative ideas reach the most prominent investors in the country and takes participants a step closer to their dreams.
Mind Propeller is a combination of entrepreneurship summit and idea pitching competition. It gives participants the chance to enhance insight regarding ongoing business practices around the nation. It's the best platform where they can prove themselves as a business tycoon. It was conducted in 2019.
"HR Insights Forum: Exploring the HR Landscape" promises to explore the HR world with impactful insights from HR professionals, industry experts, and concerned personnel. Through workshops, interactive learning sessions, implementations, and panel discussions, participants explore current trends, such as the influence of technology, remote work, diversity and inclusion, talent management, and employee well-being.
Initiation is the yearly recruitment event of BUP HRLC, creating a platform for talents of any background to gather and join the mission of being a changemaker in the industry. Every year it launches the recruitment program to recruit new faces in the club from all departments of BUP. Till now, it has completed 7 successful recruitment events.
